Black holeA tilted accretion disc whips around a black hole, with a lensed arch, a photon ring.SupernovaA red giant throbs and collapses, then detonates into a double shock shell.Binary starA red giant and a white dwarf orbit each other as plasma streams off the giant into a hot accretion disc.CometA comet streaks past stars with a straight blue ion tail, a broad curving dust tail and a glowing green coma.Meteor showerPixel meteors streak down and burn up above a planet night side, one big fireball splitting into three.WormholeA bending wormhole tunnel in true perspective: rings, wisps and star lanes rush past from a wandering.Hyperspace jumpStars stretch into lines as the drive spools, a flash throws you into a blue streak tunnel.PulsarA neutron star spins twin lighthouse beams, winding its particle wind into a spiral around an orbiting.Ringed planetA banded gas giant turns with a swirling storm while its tilted rings orbit in front and behind.Spiral galaxyA spiral galaxy turns: arms of blue stars and pink star-forming knots wheel around a warm glowing bulge.Solar flarePlasma flows along magnetic loops over a boiling solar limb until the big loop erupts.Planet shatterMolten cracks split a rocky planet before it detonates into a flat shock ring.AfterburnerPixel ship engine flame cycling from a blue cruise flame to a roaring afterburner with flickering shock.
