FiveM particle effects, made online
Fire, smoke, explosions, vehicle and electric effects for your server, exported as ready GTA V .ypt files from your browser.
Custom GTA V particle effects (PTFX) for your FiveM server, made online. Pick one of the 1200+ library effects or make your own in the studio, and export it as a ready .ypt: no CodeWalker, no OpenIV, no Windows install and no game files to unpack. No other browser tool we know of makes a .ypt.
How it works
- Open an effect in the studio and make it yours: colours, size, timing.
- Press Export, choose FiveM and turn on GTA file (.ypt). Set its size in metres.
- Export the .ypt alone, or a ready FiveM resource with a test command.
- Stream it from a resource and play it with the PTFX natives. The FiveM setup page has every step and the Lua.
Each effect is one camera-facing sprite that plays 36 frames of your effect, lit by the scene so it holds up in daylight. The design was tested in GTA V on a FiveM server, by day and at night.
A free account gets 3 exports a day, and the ready .ypt counts as one, alone or in a resource with fxmanifest.lua and a test command. The frames as one 6 x 6 or 7 x 7 sheet PNG are free the same way. Any plan, from $7.99 a month, has no daily limit, for a whole server's set of effects at once.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes, with a free account: a GTA file counts as one of your free exports, and you get 3 a day. Any plan has no daily limit, for a whole server’s set of effects at once. Every library effect is free to open and change.
Is there an online .ypt maker?
Yes. ParticleFX Studio exports any effect as a ready GTA V .ypt in the browser, with no CodeWalker, OpenIV or Windows install. It makes new particle dictionaries and never edits the game’s own files.
Do I need to know how .ypt files work?
No. The export writes the particle rules, the texture and the two effects (a loop and a one-shot) for you, and the ready resource has a test command to check it in game.
Which GTA V does it work with?
Legacy GTA V, the game FiveM runs. GTA V Enhanced is not supported yet.
Grand Theft Auto and GTA V are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software. FiveM is a Cfx.re project. ParticleFX Studio is not affiliated with either.
