Overcharged Battery
Two battery terminals arcing over: crackling bolts jump between the posts, stray arcs lick out, the terminals glow hot and fizz sparks, and smoke rises from the overheated casing. A seamless loop for a power-up, a hazard or a broken machine.
Overcharged Battery is an HD effect that loops seamlessly every 2.4 seconds, drawn on a 256 by 256 canvas. It is built from 7 particle emitters and 5 lightning bolts. Most layers blend additively, so it glows on dark backgrounds.
